1. General

Our offers and services are exclusively directed at entrepreneurs as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e., natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding the contract, are acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity. Contracts with consumers are excluded.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of crime-themed events and services on www.krimievent.com does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to book. By clicking the „Book Now“ button, the customer receives a non-binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer confirms the offer by telephone and email, and the Krimievent event agency confirms the booking by email. The customer is then obligated to pay the deposit invoice.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The contract language is German. The contract terms, including these General Terms and Conditions, will be sent to the customer by email and are also available at any time at www.krimievent.com/agb. Data necessary for processing the contract will be stored and, if necessary, passed on to commissioned service providers.

4. Withdrawal from the contract

A cancellation fee of 100% applies to booked murder mystery events. No refunds will be issued. Failure to attend the event on the day of the event will result in forfeiture of the right to the event. Should an event be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, official order), the murder mystery event agency will issue a voucher for a future booking.

5. Scope of Services

The scope of contractual services is defined in the booking confirmation. Changes or deviations that do not significantly affect the overall character of the event are reserved.

6. Delivery conditions

The service will be provided on the agreed date and includes the components listed in the booking confirmation. If the service is permanently unavailable, no contract is formed.

7. Prizes

All prices are subject to statutory VAT. Booking confirmations are sent digitally; there are no shipping costs.

8. Payment terms

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Available payment methods are displayed during the booking process. Depending on the agreement, either 50% of the price is due upon conclusion of the contract, or possibly 100%. The payment terms are accepted by the customer in the booking confirmation.

9. Customer obligations, termination

The client agrees to make the terms and conditions accessible to all participants. Commercial use of the services requires the written consent of Krimievent Eventagentur. In the event of persistent disruption to the event, Krimievent Eventagentur may terminate the contract.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, the contract may be terminated. In this case, the crime event agency is entitled to reasonable compensation for expenses.

11. Warranty

Liability for material defects or defects of title is governed by statutory provisions. The contents stated in the product description are authoritative. Product descriptions do not constitute warranties.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the provisions of these terms and conditions. Krimievent Eventagentur is liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of negligent breach of duty, Krimievent Eventagentur is liable only for foreseeable damages. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded. Further claims for damages are excluded.

13. Property rights and copyright protection

All services remain the property of Krimievent Event Agency. Use is permitted only for the duration of the contract. Any use beyond the original purpose requires consent. The use of event materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

14. Data protection

The data required for processing the contract will be stored and treated confidentially. The customer has the right to access and delete this data. Details regarding data protection can be found in the privacy policy at www.krimievent.com.

15. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Augsburg.
